COVID-19 has affected us all. Here at Windsor Ford we are working hard to ensure the safety of our customers as well as serve them throughout this pandemic in alternative ways. As the world fights off this virus we have implemented a handful of things for safety as well as to help those who are quarantining themselves throughout.
With so many visitors at our dealership on a day to day basis whether it be for service, taking test drives or getting parts we continue to ensure the highest standards and proactively work to create a clean environment.
Our dealership facilities are disinfected and cleaned during the day but receive a full clean inside every night. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak in Alberta we’ve taken more measures to expand our frequency on sanitizing our dealership.
We have recently added multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout our dealership to provide a disinfectant for your hands. Combined with the proper dispensers in our lavatories we’ve also started disinfecting areas in our dealership multiple times throughout the day.

Service & Parts Department Is Operating

✅ Any customers who have been out of the country in the past 14 days will need to rebook for a day in the future.
✅ During an appointment process, you will be asked if you've been in contact with anyone who's been out of the country in the past 14 days. If you have the appointment must be made 14 days from the date of their return.
✅ All Advisors & Porters are equipped with disinfectant wipes and cloths to clean keys, door handles inside and out, steering wheels, gearshifts and all buttons that come in contact.
✅ Social distancing is in effect
✅ When the work order is ready to be signed the pen will be cleaned before and after.
✅ All Technicians and Porters are currently wearing gloves at all times.
✅ We are currently working towards providing work from options for select staff members.
Sales Department Is Operating

- ✅ If you have a trade-in we will work with our appraisal experts to get a complimentary or remote appraisal done.
- ✅ If you are ready for purchase we will prepare the proper documents for you or schedule a face to face via video chat with one of the members of our finance team to start and finish the required financial paperwork.
- ✅ Once purchased we will deliver the vehicle to your location fully sterilized and cleaned.
